神所赐的一切祝福之中，神通过圣灵与我们同在的恩赐最为宝贵。圣灵的同在使我们成为神的殿(哥林多前书6:19)。我们祷告时，圣灵照神的旨意为我们代求(罗马书8:26-27)。圣灵帮助我们克服肉体的牵引试探(罗马书8:13-14)。圣灵加添我们内心的力量(以弗所书3:16)。换言之，圣灵在改变着我们，使我们具备基督的品格。让我们感谢神，通过圣灵与我们同在。
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
Of all the many gifts God gives, the gift of his presence in us through his Holy Spirit is among the most precious. The Spirit's presence makes us God's temple (1 Corinthians 6:19). The Spirit intercedes for us according to the will of God when we pray (Romans 8:26-27). The Spirit helps us overcome the pull of our flesh (Romans 8:13-14). The Spirit gives us strength in our inner being (Ephesians 3:16). In other words, the Spirit is at work to transform us to the character of Christ. Let's thank God for his holy presence in us through the Holy Spirit.

天父啊，感谢你所赐的圣灵，在我祷告的这一刻正为我向你代求。愿你的圣灵加添我力量，我愿为你活出圣洁的生命。慈爱的天父啊，我全心期望你的圣灵改变我，使我越来越多地具备你爱子的品格与怜悯。奉主耶稣之名祈求，阿们！
My Prayer...
Father, thank you so much for your Holy Spirit who even now is interceding for me as I pray. Please strengthen me through your Spirit as I seek to live a holy life dedicated to you. Dear Father, it is my heart's desire for you to transform me by your Spirit to be more like your Son in character and compassion. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
