当人们虔诚地敬拜时，当他们以禁食寻求神旨意时，神呼召他们为主做工侍奉。基督徒的敬拜并非就止于敬拜本身，更引向基督徒的使命。切勿仅关注于敬拜的感受，而又在迈出门槛时将其留在门内。恰恰相反，我们必须明白，敬拜启示我们在日常生活中在世间敬拜、侍奉(参见罗马书12:1-2)。当你与弟兄姐妹一同敬拜时，聆听歌词、经文以及圣灵放置在你心上的启示。神也许正呼召你加入生命中特殊的使命！
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
When people genuinely worship, when they fast seeking his will, God calls them to service and mission. Christian worship is not an end in itself, but a launching pad to Christian mission. Don't get so caught up in the worship experience that you leave it at the door when you walk away. Instead, understand that it is to inspire you to public worship and service in the world during your everyday life (Romans 12:1-2). As you worship with your brothers and sisters, also listen to the words of the songs, the message of the Scripture, and the conviction of the Holy Spirit on your heart. God may be calling you to a special mission in your world!
