Gedanken zum Vers des Tages
Ist es jemandem wichtig, dass ich existiere? Merkt irgend jemand, wenn ich nicht anwesend bin? Kümmert es jemanden, ob ich nach Hause komme oder das Haus nie verlasse? Die Antwort? “Jawohl! Jawohl!! Jawohl!!!” Der HERR, der Retter Israels und Vater von Jesus, weiß um unseren Ausgang und Eingang. Er wird uns behüten, von nun an bis in die Ewigkeit.
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
Does it matter to anyone that I'm here? Does anyone notice when I'm gone? Does anybody care if I make it home or never leave the house? The answers? "Yes! Yes!! Yes!!!" The Lord, the Savior of Israel and the Father of Jesus knows all about us and our comings and goings. He will watch over us, now and forevermore.
Mein Gebet
Vater, ich danke dir, dass du nicht nur dann bei mir bist, wenn ich aufstehe, sondern dass du immer über mich wachst. Allmächtiger Gott, danke dir dafür, dass du da bist, wenn ich am Ende des Tages nach Hause komme, dass du mich begleitest und willkommen heißt. Doch am meisten danke ich dir dafür, lieber Vater, dass du mich begleitest, wenn ich aus diesem Leben ins Nächste schreite, um mich zu Hause zum ewigen Leben mit dir willkommen zu heißen! In Jesu Namen preise ich dich. Amen.
My Prayer...
Father, thank you that when I rise up you are not only there, you are watching over me. Almighty God, thank you that when I return home at the end of my day, you are there, escorting me home and welcoming me. I thank you most of all, dear Father, that when I leave this life and go to the next, you are there to escort me out of this life and welcome me home to life with you, forever! In Jesus' name I praise you. Amen.
