Cuando Satanás intentó utilizar la persecución para desanimar a la iglesia primitiva, el mismo martirio y persecución que expulsó a estos cristianos de sus hogares fue utilizado por Dios para llevar el mensaje por donde sea que fueron. Cada creyente fue una chispa llevado por el Viento divino del Espíritu de Dios.
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
When someone tries to stomp out the flame of dry broom weed, the sparks fly upward and ride upon the wind, spreading the flame far and wide. As Satan tried to use persecution to discourage the early church, the very martyrdom and persecution that drove these Christians from their homes was used by God to spread the message wherever they went. Each believer was a spark driven on the Divine Wind of God's empowering Spirit.

Oh Gran Dios de misericordia y gracia, dame una pasión santa para compartir tu amor y poder con todos los que encuentro sin importar las circunstancias que los trae a mi vida. Dame la sabiduría para ver y el coraje para actuar en las oportunidades para compartir a Jesús con los que encuentro. En el nombre del Señor Jesús oro, Amen.
My Prayer...
O great God of mercy and grace, give me a holy passion to share your love and power with all I meet no matter what circumstances led them into my acquaintance. Give me the wisdom to see and the courage to act on the opportunities to share Jesus with those in my life. In the name of the Lord Jesus, I pray. Amen.
