Pensées sur le Verset du Jour...
En période de confusion, nous pouvons être rassurés de savoir que même si nous ne comprenons pas tout ici sur terre (lisez Psaume 73:1-22), Dieu sera fidèle. Tout ce que nous avons et savons ici sur terre est sujet à la décomposition, mais notre relation avec le SEIGNEUR est notre force pour toujours. Il ne nous abandonnera pas, ne nous échouera pas et ne nous oubliera pas.
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
In times of confusion, we can take comfort in knowing that while we may not understand everything here on earth (Psalm 73:1-22), God will be faithful and work it for our good (Romans 8:28-29). Everything we have and know here on earth is subject to decay, but our relationship with the Lord is our strength forever. His strength will not wear out, grow old, or decay. He will not abandon, fail, or forget us (Romans 8:32-39), but will bring us to him in glory.
Ma Prière...
Dieu tout-puissant, merci d'être toujours avec moi, surtout dans les moments où la vie est la plus confuse et mes peurs les plus troublantes. S'il te plaît, donne-moi la foi non seulement pour te poser des questions honnêtes, mais aussi pour te faire confiance même lorsque les choses ne semblent pas si bonnes pour ceux qui croient en toi. S'il te plaît, aide ma foi à tenir ferme pendant que j'attends ta puissante justification de ton peuple. Au nom de Jésus je prie. Amen.
My Prayer...
Almighty God, thank you for always being with me, especially in those moments when life is most confusing and my fears most troubling. Please give me the faith to ask you honest questions and trust you even when things don't look like they are all that good for those who believe in you. Please strengthen my faith, help me hold firm as I wait for your mighty vindication for your people. Who have I in heaven but you? What do I have on earth that is lasting but you? So, in you I place my trust. In Jesus' name. Amen.
