오늘의 묵상
성경에서는 "하나님은 당신을 사랑하십니다"라고만 말하지 않는데, 알고 계셨나요? 혼동하지 마시기 바랍니다. 하나님께서 우리를 사랑하신다는 것은 성경에 매우 자주 나옵니다. 하지만, 오늘 말씀에서 중요한 진리를 놓치지 마시기 바랍니다. 하나님께서 우리를 사랑하신다는 것을 성경에서 말할 때는 그 사랑을 항상 증명해보여주십니다. 하나님의 사랑은 단순한 감정이나 의도 그 이상입니다. 하나님의 사랑은 실제로 증명되는 것입니다. 하나님께서 우리를 이처럼 사랑하셔서 "나는 너희를 사랑한다"라고만 말하지 않으시고, 그의 외아들을 보내시고 희생제물로 바치게 하심으로써, 비교불가능한 그의 사랑을 우리에게 주신 것입니다! 하나님께서 말씀하신 것은 절대 의심할 필요가 없습니다. 하나님의 행동으로써 그의 약속을 이루신 것입니다.
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
Did you know the Bible doesn't just say, "God loves you." But don't let me confuse you. Scripture does tell us many times that God loves us. However, don't miss the important truth here. Each time Scripture tells us that God loves us, it also demonstrates that love by something God has done for us. You see, God's love is much more than emotion and intention. God's love is always demonstrated by what he does, has done, or will do. God loved us so much he didn't just say, "I love you." God also showed his love by sending his Son to sacrifice himself for our sins and give us his incomparable and eternal love! We never have to doubt that God means it when he says, "I love you." He always backs up his promises of love with his loving and sacrificial actions toward us.
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

전능하시며 사랑하시는 하나님, 저를 사랑해주셔서 감사합니다. 그 사랑을 말씀하시고 보여주셨으니 감사합니다. 사랑하는 아버지, 저도 아버지를 사랑하오니 그것을 알아주셨으면 합니다! 오늘의 제 말과 행동들을 제 사랑의 증거들로 받아주십시오. 예수님 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.
My Prayer...
Loving and Almighty God, thank you for loving me. Thank you for both saying you love me and demonstrating your love through your redemptive actions for me. Please know, dear Father, I love you, too! Please accept my loving emotions, words, and actions today as a testimony to my love for you. Through Jesus, I pray and thank you for your love. Amen.
