오늘의 묵상
이 말씀은 로마서 6:1-2절과 같은 말씀으로서, 죄는 더이상 우리의 주인이 아니며 우리가 죄를 절대 선택하지 않겠다는 위대한 선언문입니다. 우리 존재의 한가닥 한가닥을 하나님을 위해 살려고 선택하는 것이며, 한때 죽음과 패배의 속박으로 우리를 사로잡던 죄의 삶을 혐오하는 것입니다.
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
This matching verse to Romans 6:1-2 serves as a great reminder that sin is no longer our master and no longer our choice (Romans 6:14). We choose to live for God with every fiber of our being and loathe the life of sin that once held us in bondage to defeat. So, with the Holy Spirit's power at work in us, our lives are being transformed to become like Jesus Christ (2 Corinthians 3:18).

사랑하는 하나님, 나의 아버지... 나의 주님이시며 소중하신 예수님... 내 영혼의 동반자이시며 거룩한 불이신 성령님... 주님께서 저를 창조하시고 구속하실 때에 바라셨던 그 모습인, 거룩하고 의로운 사람이 되려는 거룩한 열정을 제 안에 불러 일으켜 주시옵소서.
My Prayer...
Dear God, my Father; precious Jesus my Lord; Holy Spirit, my inner companion and holy fire; please stir in me a holy passion to be the person of righteous grace you have created me and redeemed me to be in Jesus. I refuse to go back to the old way of sin. I choose to live in grace, by faith, empowered by the Holy Spirit. In Jesus' name, I rejoice in grace. Amen.
