यीशु परिपूर्ण, बेदाग, पवित्र, धर्मी और शुद था। फिर भी वह वही बन गया जिससे वह घृणा करता था, पाप। वह क्यों वैसे किया है ? क्योंकि वह हमसे प्यार करता था और चाहता था कि वह आज वही हो, जो परमेश्वर की धार्मिकता है।

Jesus was perfect, spotless, holy, righteous, and clean. Yet he became what he hated: sin. Why would Jesus do such a thing? Because the Lord loved us and wanted us to be what he is: the righteousness of God. The great truth of Jesus coming to earth is that God loved us more than he hated sin. As God, Jesus entered our world of sin and death to demonstrate God's love for all people, then gave himself to make us God's righteousness. Praise God for his gift, a gift that is too great for words to adequately describe!

My Prayer...
Almighty and loving Father, thank you for making me holy — your righteousness — by the sacrifice of Jesus. Thank you, dear Savior, for paying such a horrible price, not just by dying on the cross but also by becoming my sin and carrying away my guilt. All praise to you, dear Father, for your plan, and thanks and glory to you, dear Jesus, for your loving sacrifice. Amen.
