تأملات فى آيــة اليوم...
كيف ترى الله؟ هل هو شخص يبحث عن طريقة ليدينك؟ هل هو شخص قديم لا يعرف طريقة سير الأمور فى عالمنا الحاضر؟ هل هو مقدس جدا على ان يلوث نفسه باهتمامات البشر الفانية وترك الامر لنا على ان نجد حلول لكل شئ بانفسنا؟ لا لا لا! لقد اختار الله ان يدخل عالمنا ويختبر الامر من جانب الفناء. اختار ان يدخل عالمنا، لا ان يديننا، او يدين العالم، بل ان يفديه ويفدينا. يسوع هو التذكار العظيم ان الله يتوق لأن يخلصنا، لا ان يديننا. اشكرك يا الله! اشكرك يا الله على يسوع الذى كان ومازال الله معنا.
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
How do you view God?
Is he someone looking for a way to condemn or punish you? Is he an out-of-touch ol' curmudgeon who doesn't really know what it's like in our modern world? Is he too holy to soil himself with the concerns of mere mortals and has left it up to us to work everything out for ourselves, including our salvation?
No. NO. NO!
God chose to enter our world and experience it from the side of mortality (John 1:14-18; Hebrews 2:14-18, 4:14-16) because he loves us and yearns to save us (John 3:16). God chose to enter our world, not to condemn us or it, but to redeem it and each of us. Jesus is the great reminder that God longs to save us, not condemn us. Thank God for God! Thank God for Jesus, who was and is Immanuel, God with us (Matthew 1:23).

الله القدوس السماوى، اشكرك على وجودك مع الشخص النادم التائب الذى يتوق لوجودك. انت تعلم اننا مجرد بشر، ولكنك تحبنا. انت تعلم انه يوجد بنا عيوب، ولكنك خلصتنا. انت تعلم اننا لسنا كاملين، لكنك ارسلت أرسلت يسوع الضحية الكاملة ليفدينا. اشكرك. في اسم مخلصى اقدم خالص الشكر والثناء. آمين.
My Prayer...
Holy and Heavenly God, thank you for choosing to be with those of us who are contrite and repentant and who long for your presence.* You know we are only mortal, but you love us. You know that we are flawed, but you redeemed us. You know that we are not perfect, but God sent Jesus as the perfect sacrifice to save us. Thank you. Through your Son and my Savior, Jesus of Nazareth, the Christ, I offer you my sincerest gratitude and praise. Amen.
