“Was haben Sie heute vor?” Sie versuchen vielleicht, ähnlich wie ich es tue, ihren Tagesablauf mit Gebeten zu planen. Sie machen zukünftige Termine mit Menschen, um ihnen in ihrer Not zu helfen, ihre Anliegen anzuhören oder mit ihnen ihre Fragen und Vorhaben zu diskutieren. Aber trotz allem sollten wir immer demütig bleiben, wissend, dass unsere Pläne keinen Wert haben werden, es sei denn, sie sind im Einklang mit Gottes Willen.

What are your plans for today?
If you are like me, you prayerfully plan your day. You make appointments with people for the future to address their needs, hear their concerns, or discuss issues and projects involving them or you. But we must always live humbly, recognizing that none of our plans will be valuable unless they come from the Father!
Mein Gebet
Heiliger Gott und gerechter Vater, bitte segne mich in meinem Bemühen, deinen Willen in meinen Entscheidungen zu erkennen. Mir ist bewusst, dass jeder Atemzug ein Geschenk und jeder Erfolg eine Folge deiner Gnade ist. Bitte nutze mich zu deiner Ehre und hilf mir, deinen Weg für mein Leben zu entdecken. Im Namen Jesu bete ich. Amen.
My Prayer...
Holy God and righteous Father, please bless me as I seek to discern your will for my plans and decisions. I recognize that each breath I take is a gift and that each success I enjoy is because of your grace. Please use me to bring you glory and help me find your path for my life. In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
