Gedanken zum Vers des Tages
Manche Menschen sprechen von “Mutter Natur”. Doch die Bibel spricht von dem einen Mächtigen, Gott dem HERRN, der unser Universum kontrolliert und unsere Welt trägt. Was er ausspricht wird ausgeführt. Das ist der HERR, der unsere Gebete hört und für unser Wohlsein tätig ist. Er ist der Gott, der sein Volk bewahrte und Jesus sandte, um seine Verheißungen zu erfüllen. Er ist der Gott, der uns nach Hause bringen wird. Wir können in Bezug auf unsere Zukunft mit ihm gewiss sein!
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
Some speak of Mother Nature, but the Scripture tells of The Mighty One, God the Lord, who controls our universe and sustains our world. He speaks, and they do his bidding. This is the Lord who listens to our prayers and who acts for our well-being. He is the God who sustained his people and sent Jesus to fulfill his promises. He is the God who will bring us home. We can have confidence in our future with this God, the Lord Almighty!
Mein Gebet
Allmächtiger Gott, Herrscher des Universums, du bist unvergleichlich. Nicht im Ansatz kann ich mir deine Herrlichkeit und Macht vorstellen. Trotzdem weiß ich, Gott, dass du nicht nur allmächtig, sondern mir nahe bist. Bitte, sei auch meinen besonderen Freunden nahe, für die ich heute bete... Im mächtigen Namen Jesu bete ich. Amen.
My Prayer...
Almighty God, Ruler of the Universe, you are incomparable. I cannot even begin to imagine your glory and power. Nevertheless, I know, God, that you are all-powerful and near us. Please be near some special friends for whom I pray today... (Include your friends' names at this point in our prayer.) In Jesus' mighty name, I pray. Amen.
