Cuando nos hacemos cristianos, morimos al hombre viejo del pecado y resucitamos como persona nueva. Aunque tengamos muchas de las mismas batallas con la tentación, también tenemos el poder de la resurrección y el Espíritu Santo trabajando dentro nuestro para ayudarnos.
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
When we became Christians, we died to the old person of sin and were raised up a new person. While we have many of the same battles with temptation, we also now have the power of the resurrection and the Holy Spirit at work within us to help us.

Padre Santo, que mi pecado pasado muera para mí, lejos de mi vida y mi corazón. Que mi vida sea un sacrificio santo que te agrade. En el nombre de mi Salvador, Jesús, oro, Amen.
My Prayer...
Righteous Father, help me keep the dead and cast-away sin of my past far away from my heart and out of my life. May my life be a holy sacrifice that is pleasing to you. In the name of my Savior, Jesus, I pray. Amen.
