आज के वचन पर आत्मचिंतन...
जब हम प्रेरितों के काम यह पुस्तक पढ़ते हैं, हम पते हैं की चेले सताए जाने पर आनंदमय हो जाते थे, "उस नाम के लिए." जबकि येशु ने पहले से उस भली परीक्षा को विजयी रूप से पूरा किया हैं, हमे उसके सताव में भाग लेते हुए खुद को सौभाग्यशाली समझना चाहिए, न केवल एक कठिनाई में । हमारे समर्पण का सत्य उन सन्धिवादियों को तभी दिखाई पड़ता हैं जब हम "आग में" होते हैं। सिर्फ अपने चरित्र को थामे रहे और आनंदित रहे जब अक्रम की हुआ हो, क्योकि हमने येशु के साथ देखा हैं की क्या होता हैं जब परमेश्वर के बच्चे उसके प्रति विशवासयोग्य रहते हैं यहां तक की मृत्यु तक ।
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
When we read the book of Acts, we find the disciples were "rejoicing because they had been counted worthy of suffering disgrace for the Name" (Acts 5:41). Since Jesus has already victoriously passed through the horrible ordeal of his crucifixion for us, we should consider it a privilege, not a hardship, to share in his sufferings. The truth of our commitment is often best shown to the skeptical when we are "under fire." So let's keep our character when under attack and rejoice because we've seen in Jesus what happens when God's children are faithful even at the cost of their lives.

My Prayer...
What a precious name you have given to your son, O Lord. May it be exalted in all the earth and throughout all the heavens, until every heart knows that Jesus the Messiah is the Son of God and Lord of the universe. May my life bring you glory regardless of comfort or pain, celebration or suffering, strength or weakness, joy or sorrow. In Jesus name, and for his glory, I pray. Amen.
