对今日诗句的想法
“要殷勤！”现在已经不大听到这样的说法了。我们总是希望能够轻轻松松，所以在这个信心虚假的世界，辛勤的汗水是被轻视的。然而使徒保罗期望提摩太(包括我们)知道，在基督里的成熟需要真诚的努力。影响并挽回他人是一项艰苦的工作。即使是神的力量在帮助我们改变，也同样需要我们的努力。神给了我们保证——我们的努力不仅会在我们自己的生命中结果子，同时也将带领他人得到救赎。
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
"Be diligent!" That's not a phrase, a command you hear much about these days. We want things to come easily. Sweat in the world of pseudo-faith is frowned upon. But Paul wanted Timothy (and us) to know that maturity in Christ requires genuine effort — as Paul said, "give yourself wholly to them" and "persevere in them." Having a redemptive influence on others is hard work. While it is God's power that transforms, our efforts are also required if others are going to see our progress and follow our examples. God assures us that our efforts will bear fruit in our lives and lead others to salvation.

阿爸父啊，请将我的信心、勇气、勤奋和决心挑旺，使我能因着我的生命、教导和榜样，与他人分享你所祝福我的救赎。奉主耶稣基督名求，阿们！
My Prayer...
Abba Father, please stir my confidence, courage, diligence, and determination so that I can share the salvation you have lavished on me can be shared with others through my teaching and my example. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
