오늘의 묵상
혼자가 아닙니다! 얼마나 놀라운 약속인가요. 하나님은 그(여호수아)와 함께, 그리고 우리와 함께 삶의 모든 계절, 삶의 부침, 유혹과 승리, 심지어는 죽음까지도 통과하며 함께 가실 것입니다. (시편 139편 참조) 그러니 우리는 용기를 갖고 그분의 힘을 느낄 수 있습니다. 우리는 혼자가 아닙니다!

Never forgotten!
Never abandoned!
Never alone!
What a promise. God promised Joshua that he would go with him into the unknown future. The Father has promised us that he will go with us through all the seasons of life. He was there at our conception, molding us, and he will be with us through all our ups and downs, through temptations and triumphs, even through death (Psalms 139:1-24). Nothing can separate us from the love of God we have through Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 8:35-39). So we can believe God's promise, feel his strength, and launch into our unknown future with courage. We are not, nor will we ever be, alone, abandoned, or forgotten!
내 기도
오 하나님, 전에도 계셨으며, 지금도 계시며, 또 장차 오실 분, 다른 모든 사람들이 저버리고 떠나간다해도 항상 그자리에 계시며 머무르심에 감사드립니다. 변화가 가득한 제 삶 속에 항상 동일하신 유일한 분이십니다. 주님을 존귀하게 하고 주님을 더욱 알고자 하는 제 헌신과 관계맺음이 좀더 꾸준하고 신실할 수 있도록 도우시옵소서. 예수님 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.
My Prayer...
O God, the one who is and was and is to come, thank you for being with me and staying near me when all others forsake and leave me. You are the one constant in my life, a life so full of change. Help me be steadfast and faithful in my commitments and relationships. May those commitments and relationships all honor you. Through the intercession and by the authority of Jesus, who will never forget or leave me, I pray. Amen.
