இந்தநாளுக்குரிய வேதவார்த்தையின் கருப்பொருள்
நாம் வாழ்கிறதான வாழ்க்கையில் சில கடினமான நேரங்கள் உள்ளன. நாம் அவற்றை தவிர்க்க முடியாதவர்கள். அப்போதுதான் கர்த்தருடைய இரட்சிப்பின் மீது நமக்குள்ள நம்பிக்கையையும் அவருடனான நம் உறவையும் அவைகள் சோதிக்கிறது ! நம் வீட்டின் வர்ணத்தை களைவது ("பீல் தி பெயிண்ட்" என்ற ஆங்கில மொழிச்சொர்க்கள் ) என்ற ஆராதனை முடிவில் "என் ஆத்துமா நன்றாக இருக்கிறது" என்று பாடுவது ஒரு விஷயம், ஆனால் அவர்கள் உங்கள் வீட்டை நீதிமன்றம் மூலமாக ஏலம் விடும்போதும், உங்களுக்கு நீண்டகால பலவீனமான நோய் உள்ளது என்று அறிந்தவேளைகளில் , அல்லது உங்கள் ஒரு பிள்ளை மரித்துப்போன சூழ்நிலையில் பாடுவது என்பது முற்றிலும் வேறுபட்டதாகும் . இந்த பாழ்கடிப்புகள் நிறைந்த புறநகர்ப் பகுதிகள் வழியாக நாம் பயணிக்கும் வேளைகளிலும், அல்லது நாம் வெளியேறும் வழியைக் கண்டுபிடிக்க முடியாத தருணங்களிலும் விசுவாசம் ஒருபோதும் தணிந்து அல்லது தோய்ந்து போக முடியாது . எனவே அதை (விசுவாசத்தை) தூக்கி எரிந்து விட வேண்டாம். உறுதியாய் இருப்பது ! நாம் எடுத்துவைக்கும் ஒவ்வொரு அடுத்த அடிக்கும் தேவன் பெலன் தருவார் என்று நம்பி ஒரு அடிக்கு முன்னால் அடுத்த அடியை முன்பாக வையுங்கள் . இந்த நேரத்தில் எவ்வளவு கடினமான சூழ்நிலை இருந்தாலும், உபத்திரவத்தை விட்டுவிடாதீர்கள். யோபு அல்லது எரேமியாவைப் போல இருங்கள், அவர்கள் இருவரும் தேவனுடன் வாதிட்டு புகார் செய்தாலும், தேவனை ஒருபோதும் விட்டுவிடாதிருந்தார்கள். விட்டுவிடாதே. கிறிஸ்து வருகிறார், உங்களுக்காகவும், எனக்காகவும் கிருபையுடனும் அல்லது மகிமையுடனும் கடைசியாக ஒருமுறை வர காத்திருக்கிறோம், அந்த நாள் வெகு தொலைவில் இல்லை.
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
Some tough times come with living. They're inescapable. There can also be even tougher times for those who believe and seek to share Jesus. We call that persecution. That's when our confidence in the Lord's salvation and our relationship with him get tested! It is one thing to sing "it is well with my soul" at the end of a peel-the-paint worship service. It is quite another to be able to sing those words when they auction your house off at the courthouse steps, you are told you have a long-term debilitating illness, you lose a child to death, or you are ridiculed and persecuted for your faith. Faith can't take a holiday when we travel through the suburbs of hell — when times are tough. If we quit then, we'll never find our way out. We must persevere. So don't throw away your steadfastness in faith. Hang on, hang in, persevere! Don't give up. Keep putting one step in front of the other, trusting that God will give you the strength for the next step. No matter how hard it is at the moment, please don't give up to despair. Be like Job or Jeremiah, who both argued and complained to God, but never let go of God. Don't quit. Christ is coming for you with grace and glory. His deliverance awaits!

பரிசுத்தமும் சர்வ வல்லமையுமுள்ள தேவனே , இன்றே, இரட்சண்ய நாள் . இருப்பினும், நான் நேசிப்பவர்களில் சிலர் உங்களின் அன்பு, இரக்கம் , கிருபை , சமாதானம் மற்றும் விடுதலை ஆகியவற்றின் மீது உள்ள நம்பிக்கையை தூக்கி எறியும் நிலையில் உள்ளனர் என்பதை நான் ஆழமாக அறிவேன். அவர்களை ஊக்கப்படுத்த என்னை பயன்படுத்தவும். இன்னும் அதிகமாக, அன்புள்ள பிதாவே , அவர்களின் இருதயங்களைப் புதுப்பிக்க உமது பரிசுத்த ஆவியைப் பயன்படுத்துமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன். நிகழ்வுகளின் போக்கை மாற்றுவதற்கும், அவர்களுக்கு நிவாரணம் வழங்குவதற்கும், உம்முடைய கிருபையுள்ள பிரசன்னத்தை அவர்களும் அறிந்துகொள்ளத் தக்கதாக நீர் நேரடியாக இடைப்பட நான் வேண்டுதல் செய்கிறேன் . இயேசுவின் நாமத்தினாலே நான் ஜெபிக்கிறேன். ஆமென்.
My Prayer...
Holy and Almighty God, today is a good day. However, I am deeply aware that some of those I love are close to giving up their confidence in your love, mercy, grace, peace, and deliverance. Please use me to encourage them. Even more, dear Father, I ask that you use your Holy Spirit to renew their hearts. I pray that you intervene directly to change the course of events, give them relief, and make your gracious presence known to them. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
