آج میری دنیا خوبصورت ہے—اچھا موسم، شاندار کلیسیا، محبت کرنے والے خاوند یا بیوی، اچھے بچے، اور جو کُچھ مجھے چاہیئے وہ میرے پاس ہے۔ لیکن یہ تبدیل ہو جائے گا۔ زندگی انسانیت کے ساتھ منسلک ہے۔ محبت غیر کامل لوگوں کے ساتھ تعلق رکھتا ہے۔ جغرافیائی دُوری،اختلافِ رائے، اور موت ایسی چیزیں ہیں جو ہونا ضرور ہیں۔ جو شاندار برکت مجھے مسِیح میں ملی ہے، تاہم،یہ ہے کہ میری ابدی زندگی خُدا میں مسِیح کے وسیلہ سے چھِپی ہوئی ہے۔ چنانچہ جبکہ ابھی میری زندگی میں سب اچھا چل رہا ہے،لیکن وہ انسانیت کے ہاتھوں ہمیشہ خطرے سے دوچارہیں۔ جب مسِیح آئے گا، تب وہ بدی، موت، اور خرابی سے پاک اور کامل ہو گی۔ اب، یہ خوشخبری ہے۔
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
My world is beautiful today — great weather, wonderful church, loving spouse, great kids, and blessed with all I truly need. But this will certainly change. Life is bound up with mortality. Love is connected to imperfect people. Separation by geographical distance, disagreement, and death are bound to happen at different points in our lives. However, my incredible assurance in Christ is that my true and lasting "life is now hidden with Christ in God." While things may be good in my life now, they're always vulnerable to being touched by mortality — changed by our broken world, flawed people, and personal missteps. When Christ comes, however, my life with God will be made gloriously perfect and unstained by evil, death, or decay. Now that's good news — and not just for me, but also for you as you center your life in Jesus!
میری دعا
پاک اور راستباز خُدا، باکثرت اور فیاض فضل کے لیے میں تیرا شُکر ادا کرتا ہوں جس نے مجھے گناہ سے بچایا۔ یسُوع کے لیے تیرا شُکر ہو، جس کی موت سے جی اُٹھنے نے تیرے ساتھ میری زندگی کی بحالی کی ضمانت دی، اور بحالی نے یہ متحد کر دیا ہے کہ میں اُس سب کے ساتھ رہوں گا جو تُجھ سے منسلک ہیں۔ اُس دن تک جب میں رُو برُو تیری حمد کروں گا، براہِ کرم یسُوع کے نام میں میری حمد اور شُکریہ کو قبول فرما۔ آمین۔
My Prayer...
Holy and Righteous God, we thank you for your overwhelming and generous grace that saved us from sin. Thank you for Jesus, whose resurrection from the dead ensures our ultimate transformation into life forever with you and the resurrection reunion we will have with all who belong to you. Until that day when we get to praise you face to face, please receive our thanks and praise in Jesus' name. Amen.
