Willst du wissen, wer täglich mit Jesus lebt? Halte Ausschau nach Menschen, deren Leben seinem ähnelt! Willst du mit Jesus leben? Schau dir sein Leben in den Evangelien (Matthäus, Markus, Lukas und Johannes) an. Betrachte, wie er mit Menschen umgegangen ist. Dann tue das gleiche! Bemerke, wie er Satan besiegte und Versuchungen bewältigte. Vertraue darauf, dass du das auch kannst! Indem du all das tust, wirst du nicht nur erleben, dass Jesus mit dir geht, sondern auch, dass er durch dich am Werk ist!
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
Do you want to know who walks with Jesus daily? Look for folks whose lives resemble Jesus' life! The apostle Paul describes it as having "the aroma of Christ" (2 Corinthians 2:14-17). Do you want to walk with Jesus? Do you want to develop this aroma? Pursue Jesus; obey what he taught, and follow his example as revealed in his life in the Gospels.* See how he treated people; then do the same! Notice how he defeated Satan and overcame temptation; trust that you can do the same! As you pursue Jesus in these ways, you will find that Jesus is not only walking with you, but he is also working through you as the Holy Spirit transforms you to become increasingly like him!

Mein Gebet
Rühre meinen Geist auf, oh Gott, und befähige mich durch deinen Geist, ein Leben der Integrität und Reinheit leben zu können wie es Jesus tat. Bitte schenke mir ein Herz für Menschen, lieber Vater, wie es dein Sohn Jesus besitzt. Hilf mir, nicht nur ihre Nöte zu sehen und ihre Hilfeschreie zu hören, sondern mit Liebe und Erbarmen zu erwidern. Im Namen meines Heilandes, Jesus, bete ich. Amen.
My Prayer...
Stir my spirit, O God, and empower me with your Spirit to live a life of integrity and purity like Jesus. Please give me a heart for people, dear Father, like your Son Jesus has. Help me to not only see their needs and hear their cries but also to respond with love and compassion. In the name of my Savior Jesus, I pray. Amen.
