¡Dios nos amó primero! ¡Dios pagó un precio enorme por nuestra redención primero! Jesús es la expresión máxima de como Dios demuestra su misericordia y justicia. Podemos entender mejor el amor porque Él lo ha demostrado. ¿Cómo vamos en nuestro intento demonstrar a los demás la misericordia y justicia de Dios?
Thoughts on Today's Verse...
God loved us first! He paid the huge price to atone for our sins in Jesus before calling us to follow Jesus to love others. Jesus was the way God displayed his mercy and justice before he asked us to love. We know what love is because God demonstrated it before demanding it from us. How we demonstrate God's mercy, justice, grace, and love to others shows how much we understand God's love for us!

Padre, tu amor parece tan enorme, tan lleno de gracia y tan poderoso para cambiar nuestras vidas. Pido que tú, oh bendito Espíritu Santo, me ayudes a cambiar mi corazón para así poder reflejar y glorificar mejor al Padre. En el nombre de Jesús, oro, Amen.
My Prayer...
Father, your love is vast, gracious, and life-changing. I ask that the blessed Holy Spirit change my heart so that I can more perfectly reflect and glorify your love in my daily life. In Jesus' name, I thank you for your love, which has saved me and is changing how I treat others. Amen.
